The robot that delivers food is too loud. It goes to the next room at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night to deliver food. It is like calling at the door of my room. It is a bit noisy. GGuest User21、23年均有入住，當時都給了5.0好評。25年則較不滿意。1、我訂的是輕享雙床房，入住在了8樓。諮詢前台是否錯安排為輕享雙床房時，前台回覆輕享、優享的區別衹是距離電梯遠近的不同。攜程訂房網頁則顯示兩種房型面積與樓層均有不同。請在訂房頁面如實描述，它直接影響到顧客的選擇。2、畢竟是4星/鑽了，多重視些細節，馬桶和門背了污漬，其中門背的希望不要是血漬。洗浴用品瓶是可以打開的，存在衞生隱患。3、房間很悶熱，其中一扇窗還損壞卦閉，但是酒店冷氣未開。相信你們也感受到了悶熱吧，因為大廳和電梯是有冷氣的。4、前台工作人員有問必答，也許是她們帶着口罩的關係，有種冷談的感覺。
