The overall environment of the hotel is good, the outside is stylish, but the room is too small, has no special features, and is very ordinary. The main room is actually two small rooms, which is quite depressing. There are only two bottles of water in the room, and you have to pay 3 yuan for it. After all, it’s not worth the money. Some B&Bs allow you to drink it for free, and some hotels don’t charge for two or three more bottles. Facilities: Parking is not allowed and there is a charge of 15 yuan per night nearby; it is said that there is a washing machine but it can only be used after 8 a.m. and there is no dryer. Cleanliness: It's okay. The lady in the public area cleaned it very clean in the morning. The room is also okay. Service: The level of service is uneven. Some people's service is very good. For example, the handsome guy at the door even helped carry luggage to the second floor. Some people are not so good.

The room space is large, and the furniture and decoration are very new. Some rooms also have washing machines, which is very convenient. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, which is very suitable for business trips. The location is also very good. Opposite is Jinshan Lake Park, there is a shopping mall downstairs, and there are many restaurants nearby. Every time I go to Huizhou for business, this is my first choice hotel.

Excellent hotel with modern design making it become a unique stay. The front desk is well trained and provide excellent service. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. I definitively strongly recommend this hotel.

Very good value private little villa with its own hot spring and a nice garden. We chose the 89 square meter one (茶道 · Tea ) and it turned out to be a great choice —- having breakfast delivered every morning to the garden and dining there was a highlight of the stay. Although the Intercontinental next door has shut down, we still walked around the lanes in the broader resort, and the trees, birds, flowers and architecture scene was all pleasant. I personally enjoyed jogging around the golf courts a lot. Amazing air quality and scenic view. Food wise — The restaurant at the hotel is simple but has a solidly comprehensive menu. Our concierge (管家 小丘) helped us order a Hakka kiln chicken delivered to the resto which I think is a must try. Enjoyed the Tofu dishes —- also a Hakka cuisine specially. The afternoon tea and desert soup everyday inclusive in the package nicely complements the primary activity — bathing in the private hot spring there. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would like to visit again at some point ! With high speed railway from Hong Kong, it’s so convenient to get here for the good value in hui Zhou.

The housekeeper provided considerate service throughout the whole process. The room had already prepared fruits for us, bed guards on the bed (I don’t worry about Xiaobao turning around and falling when sleeping at night, super considerate), smart toilet 🚽, smart curtains, and fruits for check-in. I took Xiaobao to experience their handicraft workshop. The little brother kept playing with Xiaobao, and her father and I were free! I sat comfortably for an afternoon drinking their hand-ground coffee [snickering] In the evening, we ordered kiln chicken and barbecue, which was very satisfying [color] The kiln chicken has a special flavor, the kind of taste roasted with firewood, and sweet potatoes are also given. The breakfast in the restaurant is very rich, and there is also my favorite salad, and even coffee is free [grin] Overall, this is a completely pit-free experience. A great location by the ocean, great facilities, loved the swimming pool, super friendly staff however the western restaurant (outside of buffet hours) is super slow, and unprofessional service. The sea is not for swimming.
