The location is very good, diagonally opposite the South Branch of the Forbidden City. The facilities and meals are pretty good! The only downside is that there is no washing machine or dryer. The toilet is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toilet and sink are also separated, which is quite convenient. It allows multiple people to do what they want to do at the same time without wasting time.

The counter staff is professional and considerate and will provide tourist attractions. There is also a massage chair in the hotel, which is a great blessing for drivers. The room is clean and spacious without any odor.

Oriental Pearl Hotel is located about 10 kilometers away from National Highway No. 3. After getting off the highway, you can have a bowl of chicken. Parking is available outside the hotel, and there is a FamilyMart convenience store next to it, which is convenient for eating at night. The hotel room is not very large, but it is neat and comfortable and in good condition. Although there are not many choices for breakfast, the Chinese stir-fry dishes are quite good. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel if you want to go to the scenic area of Alishan.

TTofu-chanIf you want to do Alishan but feel the accommodation up there is too expensive, then you should stay here. It's an hour away from Alishan by bus and you can also do the Eryanpig trail where you can catch the beautiful sunrise and sunset.
The landlady was so accommodating and tried to help me with the translation app. She gave me some useful tips for the trip.
The room was nice and clean, had everything needed.

GGuest UserThis time I stayed in a B&B for 2 nights. I could see the sunrise within 10 minutes of going out, which was great! 😍
The location of the B&B is relatively remote, but you can take the Taiwan Bus to Tuantou/Tuntouping, so you can still stay if you don’t have a car👍🏻The boss also thoughtfully drove us to have dinner~
The Lemongrass room is very comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast provided by the hotel is delicious, but the style will be the same on both days👍🏻👍🏻

MmtmlThis is the main fenchihu hotel with the railway bentos. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful! The pork bento is also strangely much better than the chicken one imo (and full of veggies which was super enjoyable).
You do need to first carry your luggage down a steep flight of stairs from the train station to get to the old street, which is where they are at (right where the 7/11 is, you can't miss it).
There's no bottled water, but there is a water dispenser. They also provide 2 in 1 soap in the toilet. The room was very clean but (1) they don't do daily house keeping, so my trash really piled up after 3 days, (2) there is no aircon and the blanket is THICK so I would recommend that you turn the fan on, it helps alot, and (3) I had drain flies appear in the toilet on the second day and the drain did start to stink. Breakfast voucher is 200 NTD per room per day for use at the 7/11.

Even with language barrier they go out of their way to accomodate you and inform you of services/tours within the park! The shuttle service from hotel to Alishan bus station was super helpful and saved us pushing our luggage around elevated roads! Room was clean and comfortable! Recommend this hotel if you’re looking for cleanliness and new vibe! View from 3rd floor room was gorgeous!

NNandohWe enjoyed our short stay at Yundeng Landscape Hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel building is very nicely kept. We took advantage of the free laundry room and the hotel provided bottled water everyday. The hotel has a nice roof top cafe, unfortunately it was cloudy and rainy during our stay. Breakfast was included with our stay, but we didn't really liked what they served.

KKANG CHIThe name is very grand. From the appearance, you can see how the original owner put a lot of effort into building it. It is beautiful and some of the saunas in the facilities are great! The temperature is sufficient and the water is clean. It's a pity that the steam room is not open, but overall I am very satisfied. There is an outdoor swimming pool for swimming, an indoor gym, a children's playroom, several game consoles, etc. for use. Great!
Have breakfast at Galileo Western Restaurant, the beef soup is super recommended! Others are ordinary but reasonably varied. Afternoon tea is great! It is recommended that everyone try their afternoon tea if you have the opportunity! If you want to take a vacation, you can come here~ It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Renyitan near the hotel. The lake and mountains are beautiful, especially the sunset, which is very beautiful!

SSayuriThe staff were very kind and friendly. We had to make some changes due to Typhoon, the hotel staff helped us move to a quieter room and arranged a transportation to a nearby station to catch a bus to go back to HSR Chiayi station. We are very grateful for the help. The hot pot dinner was wonderful!! Alishan National park area was closed because of Typhoon, but we could still enjoy the trails near the hotel.

PPui SanLocated in the middle of Alishan, it is very convenient to go up and down the mountain. There is a 7-11 nearby, which is convenient for supplies. I ate at the hotel restaurant for two nights and used freshly picked ingredients to cook. It was great.

YYulinThe hotel has two parking spaces, which are sufficient. The room facilities are of the business hotel type, and I think it is good value for money. The hotel is located in the middle of Meishan, Alishan and Chiayi City, so you have to do your homework and make good use of the hotel's location to make your vacation enjoyable and reasonably priced.
