Service: The Ctrip homepage clearly stated "Triple Bed Room" with "Three Beds," but the hotel front desk did not receive this note from Ctrip and provided a single bed. After the guests argued with the hotel, the front desk took photos of the Ctrip booking page and changed the room to a twin room."
