Staff was friendly and polite  The room was fantastic  Accept I could not use  the restaurant   I ended  having a take away to the hotel Normally I eat in the hotel restaurant  Breakfast was good

Staff are very accommodating, I asked if they could store my bag prior to check-in (so i could go off and explore unencumbered) and they offered to check me in early. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. I didnt get a chance to use the restaurant/bar, I was only staying 1 night , but I liked the appearance and ambiance when I passed.

Everything you could expect from a city centre hotel, very convenient and easy to find. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, I have nothing to complain about at all.

Stayed two nights, friendly, good service, and nice clean rooms. Good location to the town. Would have left 5 stars, but parking is £10 a day, and the pillows in the room are like bricks.

I loved it here. Room was neat and well maintained. The golden bamboo air freshener on entrance was wonderful. Only thing I didn’t like was that there was no fridge in my room.

The hotel was clean & tidy the bar staff were excellent I for got her name but was so nice & friendly she made our stay unforgettable and will definitely be back soon, our whole experience was excellent the breakfast was lovely

Beds are really comfortable, room very clean, close to bus station and town center

Room was small and felt a bit run down. Facilities are nice downstairs but struggle to see how this qualifies as a 4 star hotel

While the hotel and location was great, the staff at reception did not agree for late checkout even though it was requested much in advance at the time of booking. The reason was because the room was to be occupied by an international student after a long flight and subsequent weary travel from Heathrow reaching the hotel only after 9.30 pm We had called the hotel in advance and were told that it won't be an issue but the reception person was very adamant during check in Very disappointed that they didn't accommodate the request and said late checkout will be charged at 20 gbp per hour post 11 am :(

Really nice room. Comfy bed. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the hot selection but acceptable. Wouldn’t have paid full price for it though.

Great clean hotel, close to the town centre. Staff were all fab, really helpful and welcoming.
