Squeaky clean and comfortable. Great location to attend events at the Hult. Nearby restaurants with tasty food. Walking distance to Hult and restaurants. Very reasonable price!

The room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated.The bed was very comfortable. Nice clean shower and bathroom.They had a nice mini fridge/freezer, microwave & coffee machine. Owners were very accommodating and helpful. Would stay again!

I unfortunately didn't take any photos, but my check-in was super easy and straightforward. My room was very clean, cute, and inviting. Although the room was on the small side, its setup made it feel orderly, inviting, and uncluttered while having everything my partner and I needed for our stay! The offsite host was super responsive via text or phone call, and went out of her way to accommodate a last-minute late-checkout request. I will be staying here again!

This cute little property was a great place to spend the night, when on a roadtrip traveling south from Washington to California. The accommodations were quite nice, lots of room, lots of amenities, a great bed, and one of the easiest self-checkin systems we've encountered on our travels. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We felt very welcomed. Oh, and might I mention....the price was very good!

I stayed a couple of nights here and it was so NICE. The check in/check out process was super easy and the staff answered any questions or concerns I had very promptly. The room was gorgeous and I felt super safe and at home. It was also very affordable and I was able to easily make my way around downtown Eugene and to U of Oregon’s campus.

This was a great place to stay. Large adjacent parking lot to the room, quick and convenient access to nearby shopping and restaurants, room was spacious and the water pressure and heat of the shower was top notch. Highly recommended for travelers. Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights.
