The Hotel is perfectly located, central to the city and anywhere you need to be. The room was small but spacious. Very clean and upgraded. The bed was comfortable. Great layout, it had everything we needed, including a small fridge. It was well worth the room rate.

We stayed for two nights. The room was better than we expected. Check in was super easy. The location was perfect for us to do what we wanted to do. We would stay here again.

One of the cutiest hotels I have ever stayed at it's very clean and it's decorated very cute it's the perfect little motel. Very easy check in and check out it's conventionly located and they have a cute little vending shop there. 5 stars all the way around.

It was very clean and efficient, with everything we needed. My only complaint is the oddness of the hour when things seemed to be really busy in the middle of the night but by 4 in the morning it was as if no one had ever been there but us. Otherwise we loved it😁

Squeaky clean and comfortable. Great location to attend events at the Hult. Nearby restaurants with tasty food. Walking distance to Hult and restaurants. Very reasonable price!

Very boutique feel to this property :)
Didn’t realize when I booked it that it had no staff on site yet getting into our room was pretty stress free once I checked my email 😜 bed was very comfortable and room was very clean! Thoughtful touches like ear plugs were provided for sensitive sleepers ☺️ location was convenient for our trip !! Thank you to all staff who obviously love providing a great alternative to mainstream hotels 😘 would definitely stay here again !

Our room was extremely clean and this point is very important, especially to my wife. The room was comfortable, all appliances worked well, the bed was nice and the addition of a room fan was very nice. We both felt it was a good value. Note that it is in the heart of downtown Eugene OR.

The room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated.The bed was very comfortable. Nice clean shower and bathroom.They had a nice mini fridge/freezer, microwave & coffee machine. Owners were very accommodating and helpful. Would stay again!

Poor communication as the room had only one bed when I needed two. The room was well appointed and modern on the plus side.
