"It was difficult to communicate with the staff because they didn't speak English. The hotel is right next to the airport, so conversation in the room with the window open was impossible. The toilets were always wet from flushing, and there's no proper bathroom, just bidets without mirrors or sinks (only in the room). Breakfast is okay and inexpensive, but there's little choice (only sweets) and the buffet is slow to be replenished. Nevertheless, it's acceptable for the price. The journey to the city center takes about an hour by bus (every half hour) and metro."

"I arrived quite early and was greeted by a very friendly lady! She proactively asked if I was heading into Paris and mentioned that I could take the tram right outside and then transfer to the metro, which was very convenient. She even helped me look up the tram stop names and where to get off. Really helpful! The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable, and the room was decent. Breakfast was available quite early in the morning. The bus to the airport was punctual and departs right in front of the Ibis. It only takes 5 minutes to get to Terminals 1, 2, and 3. This is a great choice if you have an early morning flight or a late arrival."

"Lack of cleanliness and cleaning protocol. Dirty shower cubicle with lots of hair and fur. On arrival, the toilet bowl remained open in the cubicle. Lots of hair on some pillows. A sheet on the bunk bed was dirty. The floor of the room was not vacuumed. This room was catastrophic in terms of cleanliness. We had asked for a baby bed but they no longer had any. Fortunately, we had the right number of towels to cover our pillows and sheets. Very disappointing"

We stayed here and broke down in the car park! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable. They translated everything for us so we could get the help we needed to get our family home. I can't thank the staff enough for their support during a very difficult and stressful time. Many gracious thank you's from us!! The hotel is beautiful and the staff even more incredible. Thank you!"

"It looks nice at first glance, but there are some tattered areas, such as the bathroom. It's unclear when the rooms will be cleaned. The parking lot and surrounding roads were narrow and difficult to navigate by car. This may be true for everything around Paris."

"Located out of Paris but in a nice quiet town with convenient connection to express way. Hotel staff were very hospitable and put lots of efforts to make guests feel welcome. Simple yet fresh and delicious breakfast and the hosts at the restaurant and bar are very friendly. Lauryn at the front desk was so helpful to call our car rental company as we couldn’t contact them for return so she helped us with a few possibilities even until late night. EV friendly facilities available. Will defo stay again if we will be in Saclay area. Keep up the good work guys!"

"Reservation made online. Checkin also done online, at the request of the hotel to “save time”!! In the end a 50 minute queue to collect the keys. Intolerable! We were invited to a wedding and missed the cocktail party due to the delay. And we weren't the only guests in this case. Another group was also at the hotel, invited for a birthday in the region. Same expectation for this group. Just one receptionist who did what she could! And yet the hotel was well aware of the number of people it would have to accommodate. Comfortable bedding. No kettle, no tea or coffee bags. Bathroom to review in particular the shower (joints, curtains without all the rings). Basic equipment for a 3 star in a pretty park with swimming pool. What a shame."

"Highly unfriendly staff. They will only talk if you are talking about money which gets add up to their income, anything else, is like talking to a wall. Unless you are from a cold region, you will suffer in Novotel messy, they don't have heating system in their room. It's in a area where you will get nothing.no medical supplies if you fall sick cause of cold or needs some hygiene products. Make sure, you have a personal vehicle or willing to spend good on taxi as it's really away from metro n bus station to walk in cold. Basically avoid this place if possible.There are better options in sane price range"
