We have stayed in many hotels over the years, but Van de Valk in Enschede is one of the most beautiful and luxurious rooms/apartments in which we have slept. We received a penthouse as a gift for 1 night. With sauna and very luxurious bathroom. Living room with sofa and dining area with 8 chairs. 2 large flat screens, 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. Room service is available. The kitchen in the penthouse is fully equipped. Large balcony around the entire penthouse with a view over a large part of Enschede. Breakfast is fantastic too. Lots of choice for everyone. Before this, a deposit of 200 euros must be paid when booking a penthouse. This is understandable and we think it is due to the bad experiences of the hotel. When checking out of the hotel, you are requested to take a seat to check the penthouse for damage or destruction. Here one can at least give the guest a cup of coffee or something similar. to offer.
