We tagged our room "melting room" since the walls and even the door was sweating because of seeming defective AC system. Molds were visible at some corners and nooks. They conduct regular housekeeping even without our request. We stayed there for 3 overnights. They provided extra towels when they cleaned our room. But the sand from our every day trip to the beach couldn't be all swept away.

Please observe sanitation esp. in the area where you serve your food/ breakfast. I've experienced seeing a little cockroach on the cereal bar area and also kindly improve on your breakfast offering. Thank you. :)

Everything went well from the check-in till we left the place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and generally accommodating. The location was perfect for this trip because it was partly work as well which required to go to Kalye Artisano. The hotels sustainability efforts were evident and commendable, although I would've appreciated bigger trash bins inside the room. Breakfast food was ok, variety not so good, enough to fill stomach before you head off to your day's activity. The pool was nice, and the celebrity room was aesthetically pleasing, smelled good, and very comfortable and relaxing, The other rooms we had was equally relaxing and exceptionally clean. The water dispensers were placed strategically, and cable channels available, although the wifi on the 2nd floor where the suite is was frustratingly weak. Having said all those, I would stay again when in El Nido, and would recommend to friends and family.

good location perfect for couple

The hotel may be as pretty on the outside as you'd like, but beware: the air conditioning in our room dripped water, flooding much of the floor and soaking our luggage. We had to change rooms twice because the air conditioning in the first room wasn't cooling. The pool water isn't treated, so you're left covered in itchy skin after a swim. They couldn't find our reservation when we arrived, and they kept us waiting for ages. Breakfast, which I doubt cost more than $1, is shameful for the price they charge. The room door didn't close properly. The electronic keys were reset every time we left the room. In short, a disaster. After paying over €100 a night during the low season, it's a real rip-off. We definitely won't stay there again, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I just want to thank the woman at reception, who was as polite as she could be to us, even though she knew all the trouble we went through for four nights in a row.

The room was clean and close to the beach. But the swimming pool needs to be disinfected and it makes the whole body itchy after using it.

Very cozy green hotel. 10 minutes to the airport) Lio Beach is a quiet, one might say private place, without crowds of vacationers and party places (for this, in El Nido, Las Cabanos, etc., which are easy to get to by tricycle). The beach is very long and clean.

This is a real paradise on earth! The rooms are clean, everything works and everything around is like from a chic fairy tale. The hotel is small and this is even very cool. There are chic restaurants and cafes around, and the beach itself will not leave anyone indifferent. + in the hotel from 4 to 5 they give very tasty ice cream for free!)

The hotel is not bad for the money. Located almost on the beach. I really liked the beach, even more than Nacpan. About the same, but less people. Breakfast is weak, the child has nothing to eat at all. There are no fresh vegetables. The sound insulation is also poor, people are talking in the corridor, you can hear everything. And another jamb with a balcony. We had no chairs on it, no drying area for swimsuits. Why is he even needed then?
