Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort ★★★★★

📍 Km 10, Route de Casablanca, El Jadida

"The location of Mazagan Beach Resort in El Jadida is very pleasant, offering a pleasant setting for a stay. The cleanliness of the premises is also satisfactory, and the staff stands out for their excellent service and warm welcome. However, the hotel's facilities are unfortunately not up to expectations for an establishment of this category. A renovation or an update of the equipment would be necessary to match the standard of a 5-star hotel."

Pullman Mazagan Royal Golf & Spa ★★★★★

📍 Route De Casablanca, Km7 B.P 116, El Jadida

"I am currently staying at the Pullman Royal Golf El Jadida under a fully prepaid three-night reservation. I traveled from overseas to Morocco to spend a very limited amount of time with my mother, and we chose this hotel with the expectation of enjoying a relaxing and memorable stay together. Instead, what should have been a pleasant experience turned into one of the most humiliating and disappointing hotel experiences I have ever encountered. Our first day at the hotel was unremarkable but acceptable. However, on our second evening, after spending the day at the beach, my mother and I went to dine at Patcha Mama, one of the hotel’s restaurants. As I was assisting my mother, who has mobility limitations due to knee problems, with pulling out a chair and helping her sit down, we were abruptly approached by a staff member whom I later learned was part of the housekeeping team. Without greeting us, identifying herself, or making any attempt to determine whether we were registered guests or restaurant patrons, she stated, “This area is only for paying customers. If you want to take pictures, go over there.” I was stunned. We were not taking photographs. We were attempting to sit down for dinner. More importantly, we were paying guests of the hotel with a prepaid reservation. The employee made an immediate assumption that we did not belong there without asking a single question. Her conduct was not only unprofessional, but deeply disrespectful and humiliating. The interaction left me questioning whether we were judged based on our appearance because we did not fit the stereotype of international tourists. Whether or not discrimination was intended, that is unquestionably how the experience made us feel. No guest should ever be placed in a position where they are made to feel unwelcome or treated as though they must prove they have the right to be on the property they have paid to enjoy. I have traveled extensively and stayed in luxury and international hotels around the world. Never have I experienced a member of staff making such an unfounded assumption or addressing a guest in such an accusatory and dismissive manner. Security was contacted, and the manager eventually came to address the situation. Unfortunately, his response compounded our discomfort rather than resolving it. Instead of handling the matter discreetly and professionally, he brought the employee directly to us and asked her to apologize in our presence. This forced us to relive an already humiliating encounter and placed us in another uncomfortable position. It demonstrated a lack of understanding of how to appropriately manage a guest complaint involving potential discrimination and public embarrassment. While the manager did apologize, he failed to explain what actions would be taken to address the employee’s conduct, what measures would be implemented to prevent similar incidents, or how the hotel intended to restore our confidence as guests. There was no indication that th"

Chateau Eden El Rouh & Spa ★★★★

📍 301, El Av. Hassan II, Oualidia

"Château Eden El Rouh felt like a portal to another dimension , one where silence speaks, time softens, and the soul remembers who it truly is. I feel incredibly lucky to have experienced the Rebirth retreat during such a sacred moment. Being the first to receive Coach Mounir’s guidance after a deeply personal chapter in his life was a silent honor I’ll carry forever. His presence, depth, and devotion created a space like no other. This is an experience every soul deserves to live , at least once in a lifetime. To meet yourself in stillness. To release past conditioning. To remember that your true power has always been inward and in the present moment. While I was immersed in healing, the team held my family with such love and care, it was a gift for all of us. This wasn’t just a retreat. It was a return to my essence."

📍 RP 3427, route Azemmour vers Safi, El Jadida

"Out of the way quant little place with a big personality. Great staff, speak English and very helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and AC works. Only gripe that the towels in the room are the same towels for the pool. Would have given them excellent if they had pool towels. Restaurant is good with lots of space and wide variety menu. Parking lot is just off the main road but very safe even for a motorbike. Note its a very traditional Moroccan place and is supported very much by locals in the area so no alcohol is sold on the premises, but they have cold drinks and juices. Water was supplied FOC when we arrived."

"The suite was spacious, but cleanliness needs to be improved. The pillows and covers smelled like sweat and needs to be changed or thoroughly cleaned. Hot water was hit or miss but typical in El Jadida. Overall still worth it for the price for 3 people."

"The condition of the rooms, the bedding in the bar and all the equipment is execrable. It's a hotel for 20€ per night but not 50. Very disappointed to have spent one night in this establishment. The dirt of the place made me imagine the state of the water in the swimming pool which cannot be seen with the naked eye."

Hotel L'Iglesia Hotels in El Jadida

Hotel L'Iglesia

"I stayed for 2 nights in May in the hotel - I didn't stay in the old church but in the part where also the restaurant is (La Capitainerie). My room looked on the courtyard and was very clean and very spacious. The shower was lovely and had a very good pressure. On arrival I was told breakfast was served at 8.30 which I thought was rather late if you want to go out on a day trip. It was also the reason that I didn't take breakfast on day 2, as the driver wanted to leave at 8 because we had a long drive that day. While the room was nice and the staff was friendly breakfast was that one day I had probably the poorest I had in my 10 days stay in different places. There was nothing wrong with the quality: it just feld a bit sad. Fe: there is so much nice fruit on the markets (strawberries, cherries, all kind of melons,..) and then they serve an apple and kiwi's... I had the first evening dinner in the restaurant - I was the only person there: in my opion it was overpriced."

"Gorgeous hotel and rooms, all of the staff are very welcoming and kind. We had the moroccan hammam with Khadija and Fathima who were amazing, and our incredible couple massage also done by Christina and Isadia. Christina, the spa manager in particular was very helpful and kind. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more and couldn’t have any nicer staff :) !"

"The resort is very large, with many types of entertainment activities, suitable for family outings. Overall, it is not bad, but the French restaurant we chose is too bad. It is really not a French restaurant, it is better to have a buffet dinner"

Pullman Mazagan Royal Golf & Spa ★★★★★
"We stayed at the so-called “presidential suite” at this garbage heap, and let me tell you, it was beyond revolting. From the moment we walked in, we were hit with a nauseating stench coming from the bathroom that lingered the entire stay. The place was filthy, poorly maintained, and downright insulting for the price we paid. And the management? Utterly useless and deceitful. They promised us a full refund after we complained about the horrific conditions, only to pull a complete 180 on the day we were leaving, deciding we weren’t getting a dime back. Their dishonesty was the cherry on top of an already disgusting experience. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel like the plague. We ended up spending more time at another hotel nearby just to escape this nightmare, and that place was leagues better. If you’re even considering staying at Pullman, think again—it’s a vacation-ruining hellhole. Don’t make the same mistake we did."

Riad Soleil d'Orient ★★★★
"Unfortunately I had only one night here. It is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. It is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger, more popular imperial cities. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Great attention to detail. Even the bathroom towels are divine. One of the best places I encountered during my 15-day Moroccan tour. You are within walking distance of the old Portuguese town and souks. I chose to eat dinner in the town, and I left before sunrise the next morning. So I did not experience dining inside the riad. I had an adventurous, fast-paced vacation itinerary. I purposefully planned the last 2-3 days to be slower paced with time for rest and recovery. Knowing what I know now, I would have spent an extra day at Soliel for R&R."
