B&B HOTEL Eisenach Reviews

I arrived in the evening and was bombarded with stories at check-in that didn't interest me at all. Then my booking didn't exist. Then it did. Later I went into town and came back. And I was pestered again about whether I had booked another room. There was no apology! What am I supposed to do with 2 rooms as 1 traveler? Next time I will place more value on service and book somewhere else.

Die Betten sind zu schmal bei Einzelbetten. In der Beschreibung des Hotels steht nichts dabei, dass man zehn Euro pro Tag für ein Parkplatz bezahlen muss.

Well located hotel. Easy access to the center. Very clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are parking spaces directly behind the hotel at reasonable prices. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is ideally located near the center, and you can quickly reach the sights on foot (market square, St. George's Church and Luther House). The hotel is beautifully furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was adequate for us and clean. We especially liked the air conditioning, as it was nice and cool in the hotel, even though the outside temperature was 38 degrees. The breakfast was also plentiful. We would happily return.

I booked via ***********, but the man at the reception doesn't seem to like this portal and practically accused me of having booked directly on the B&B website. Background: I stated via Booking that I would arrive between 8 and 9 p.m. I was there at around 8:20 p.m. No greeting, but in the first sentence he said accusatory: "You're late. Other guests arrive late too, but at least call. I could have sold your room again." I then said that I had informed them via Booking and that it was not my problem if Booking cannot or does not want to communicate with B&B. I hit a sore spot and he became really aggressive. Just a bullet point summary of his statements - "What is this supposed to be now?" - "You are denouncing me!" - "You are insulting me!" (I didn't insult you once, but OK...) - "I'm putting you on the blacklist." - "I'm withdrawing your right to stay with you immediately." - "I have been working in the hotel industry for 40 years." On top of that, he threatened to call a lawyer. I have never experienced anything like that before. He was really looking for trouble and made it clear that you were just the stupid paying guest. Especially when you arrive and accuse the guest of not reading the terms and conditions properly. Neither booking nor B&B's website stated that I could not have checked in during that time - their own website said that reception was open until 11 p.m. After a long day at work and a 4-hour train ride, I just wanted to check in in peace. Because I felt threatened, I quickly booked another room in Eisenach.

We were looking for somewhere to stay overnight, centrally located and with parking. The B&B had everything we needed. Very clean, simple, but everything you need was there. The pillow took some getting used to, but it was OK for one night. Snack machine with moderate prices. I can't say anything about the breakfast though, we got our food elsewhere. The staff was very friendly, especially the manager of the house.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat noch ein akzeptables Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren an einem Wochenende im Mai dort, als das Hotel komplett ausgebucht war. Wir hatten den Pkw Stellplatz mit gebucht aber in Wahrheit wird das nicht überprüft, ergo hat man auch keine Möglichkeit, den Parkplatz zwischendurch zu verlassen weil man keine Garantie hat, bei Rückkehr wieder eine Lücke zu bekommen. Es gibt keine Schranke, keine Kennzeichen Kontrolle, nichts. Das ist keine gute Lösung aber in unserem Fall hat es funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind prima, abgesehen von ein paar staubigen Stellen im Bad, war alles sauber. Wir haben schon öfter in Hotels dieser Kette übernachtet und schätzen die verlässliche, sehr ähnliche Qualität, egal wo man eincheckt. Es war sehr ruhig im Zimmer - unser Fenster ging zum Parkplatz. Wir haben das Frühstück des Hotels nicht genutzt, können aber die teigmacher in der Fußgängerzone sehr empfehlen. Direkt nebenan gibt's für abends ein Augustiner Restaurant.

Alles so wie man es sich Vorstellt, super sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Nichts zu beanstanden, klar weiter zu empfehlen . Super zentral gelegen, das Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt. Ein tolles Frühstück, lässt nichts zu Wünschen. Rund herum alles super.

Sehr gute Lage. Direkter Fußweg zur Wartburgbund in die Stadt möglich. Zentrale ruhige Lage. Parkplätze vorhanden. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet mit netten Frühstücksbereich. Snack Automaten. WLAN im Zimmer. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Nettes Personal.
