"A wonderful place near Kruger Park. The hostess was hospitable and the accommodations were excellent. We had a separate cottage with all the amenities, a delicious dinner, and breakfast. There were lots of games to play—pool, table football, chess, and more. There were cute animals wandering around. I highly recommend it."

Asked for two lightbulbs to be replaced, and in the three days we stayed there they could not manage to replace them. They do have bigger (3 bedroom, 3 bathroom) units where we visited friends and are very nice to stay in."

I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary sherry, water, and milk in the room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond: they had dinner ready for me even though I returned after restaurant hours, and they kindly held my luggage the next morning when I had to leave at 5 a.m. The pool looked incredible, though unfortunately I didn’t have time to use it. Overall, an outstanding experience with wonderful hospitality and very well maintained grounds. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"We had another amazing stay at this hotel, a true hidden gem in Nelspruit. The staff is outstanding, always friendly, engaging, and genuinely welcoming. Their warmth and professionalism create a home-away-from-home atmosphere. Check-in & Marriott Bonvoy Recognition Check-in was smooth and personal, with a warm chat while our details were processed. The staff remembered us from past stays, which was a lovely touch. As Bonvoy members, we received all benefits without asking, including an upgrade to a larger King room and a thoughtful welcome gift of biltong, dried fruits, and chips. The Property & Rooms The hotel has a unique charm, blending modern and African country chic. The courtyard, lounge, and pool area are beautifully maintained and add to the relaxing vibe. However, some areas are showing signs of age, and a refresh would be welcome. Our King room was comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere and plenty of natural light, but the floors were worn, and the shower pressure remained an issue. Despite this, the bed was fantastic, with high-quality pillows and bedding ensuring a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping & Dining Housekeeping was impeccable, with rooms cleaned to perfection. The Fig Tree Restaurant offered an excellent breakfast buffet, including fresh fruit, pastries, a live cooking station, and high-quality hot dishes. Dinner was equally impressive, featuring local specialties. The bar had a great ambiance, and we enjoyed fantastic mojitos by the pool. Final Thoughts This hotel is a perfect retreat in Nelspruit, with exceptional staff and a welcoming atmosphere. While a refresh is needed, the service and warmth more than make up for it. We highly recommend it and are excited to return! "

"I found Beetleloop Guest House on *********** We needed accommodation for one night only due to a family memorial service. From my first contact with the Guest House until our check-out Sunday morning, everything was amazing. I asked for early check-in on Saturday for us to freshen up and get dressed for the memorial service - the immediate response was "Yes, of course". The reception from Liezl was very welcoming and we felt at home immediately. The rooms were clean, tidy and very welcoming. The location is also really good as you are close to the city centre but also close to Steiltes and all the arterials that can take you into any direction."
