"Positives: The hotel is well located, the staff is nice. Negatives: Not a good experience overall, especially for 88 EUR/night. The room was small, but that's okay for a one night stay. There is only AC in the middle of winter served as a heater and if I turned the temperature over 21 Celsius degrees (outside it was around 0 degrees so very cold) the AC was so loud, I couldn't sleep because of it. The wifi was not working at all. I wouldn't recommend this place."

"The room is as in the picture, everything is there. But. But!!!! The front door lock was broken, they didn't fix it, they didn't change the number. The door to the bathroom does not close. Food in another building, 5-10 minutes from the hotel, normal, from 7 to 10, but by 9.40 there is little left. The bedding, beds, pillows are good, as well as stylishly done in general, but there are already a few cracks on the walls."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were very rude and unprofessional, and instead of feeling welcomed as a guest, I felt like an inconvenience. What disturbed me the most was the behavior of the housekeeping staff, who were disrespectful and repeatedly entered rooms without proper notice, showing a complete lack of respect for guests' privacy. The food was of very poor quality, bland, and far below the standard one would expect from a hotel. The rooms were dirty and clearly not maintained properly, which made the overall experience even worse. For the price I paid, I expected much better. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, food quality, and especially in the attitude and professionalism of the staff."
