The Roseate Edinburgh

The room is super beautiful with a retro British feel. The bedding is comfortable and I had a good sleep. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. The English breakfast is the best I've ever had. The coffee is also surprisingly good.

There are hotels in ancient buildings nearby. It is very quiet. The staff is warm and friendly. The rooms are not big and the decoration is simple but clean. You need to walk up a few steps to reach the room.

It takes nearly half an hour to walk from the city center. Taking an Uber costs about 4-5 pounds. The advantage is that there is a bus at the door.

To promote the five-star hotel to the outside world, the pictures are beautiful. In fact, it can only be regarded as three stars at most, and the scene is far from as beautiful as the pictures. The so-called high-class room was actually in a very poor condition. Two people walked around the room at the same time, and they couldn't even move their bodies away from each other. The service is also average. For a room with breakfast, you will be asked to pay for breakfast when you pick up your luggage after check-out. Only then did you understand why you still asked to register your credit card information when you checked in, even though you knew you had already paid for the room.
