The hotel is located closely to the tram station and is only three stops away from the city centre. The room is tidy and clean. Only thing that bothered me is the drain at the toilet smelled a bit. The hotel charged overnight parking at a reasonable price. Overall, a good stay.

Good breakfast with many options and best things till 1030am. Friendly staff and they allowed us to check in early when the room was available. Room condition is clean and well-maintained. Definitely be back on my next Melbourn trip.

Location for Gloabl Balloning Hot Air Balloon which mean you do not need to wake up so early to get the 5am flight. Great services also

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the city. There are also several restaurants nearby. Opposite the Australian Open venue, the station is at the door. Booked this place to watch Zhou Shen's Melbourne concert. It's very close to the venue and very convenient.

The hotel room is OK, at least it is a five-star hotel, and the amenities and environment are acceptable. But when I checked out, the front desk wanted to charge me for breakfast. I showed him the Ctrip order, which clearly included three breakfasts, but the front desk said it couldn't be found. If you don't speak English well, you may be charged this fee, and it wasted a lot of time for him to check this issue. The quality of the breakfast is really average, and many of the dishes are not clean.

The room is a corner suite, but it is not very big. The floor is low and the noise is loud. There is no free drinking water and the breakfast is very simple.

On the edge of the park

It's about a 10 minute tram ride from Flinders Street Station. It's quiet, not noisy like the downtown area. Excellent access right in front of Jolimont Station. I could see the stadium, cityscape, trains, and roads from my room, and it had a miniature feel to it, which was great.
