Amazing stay! If you’re going for shopping this is definitely the place. 30 meters from all major stores! Staff was great! Dinara Nogayeva was the best English speaking staff and also really helpful regarding some translations, apps and thing we needed. Definitely recommended

I ordered it again after two nights I left and came back for one night but they didn't gave me good room same like tow nights before not happy I ordered same room as last time I paid same olso. the breakfast super have everything you need western and Chinese.

Limang Guo is so friendly. Rooms are nice breakfast also good. Very nice view.

Location: right next to many malls in the heart of the electronics market. Aplenty food options. While the train station is just at the hotel’s doorstep, we did not get to use it, just didi everywhere. Service: impeccable! The staff 小黄 was constantly checking in via WeChat with my hub if we needed help and if we were pleased with the room. The staff even surprised my hub with a Father’s Day gift! I don’t think we’ve had such level of care and thoughtfulness even in top international hotel brands. Room & amenities: toilet amenities were well provided for. The bath towels were soft and luxurious. Beddings were fine but I wish the housekeeping staff had allowed us to have just 2 more pillows (wanted to +4 so we each get 2 pillows but she sounded hesitant to give us anything more than +2). I guess I could have insisted but decided not to. The double bed was a bit smaller than expected but thankfully we are small frames. Wouldn’t recommend double sharing if you are bigger build. Breakfast and supper: both came free with our room. Breakfast spread was decent. Supper was one congee and a noodle station. Not for fussies.

The hotel is in a prime location—very close to the electronics market and just a short walk to the subway station. There are also several Halal restaurants within walking distance, which was a big plus. A special thanks to Mr. Jonathan at the reception for his exceptional support during my stay. His professionalism and helpful attitude truly made a difference. This hotel is also a solid choice for business travelers, offering both convenience and comfort.

As a whole, the staff services are Remarkable from lobby reception to room house-keeping, all the staffs are courteous, helpful and friendly. My family really enjoy our stay here.

Right from the lovely gentleman who checked us in, to the super helpful manager Daphne Du who checked us out and ensured our onward journey was fully arranged, we loved our stay at Huaqiang Plaza Hotel. Excellent location for anyone looking to visit the electronics markets. Great service all around.

Stayed one night at this hotel on our trip back from JiangXi. The hotel has an elegant lobby at 23rd floor. It's located right in the centre of electronic city HuaQiangBei. The subway station is just under the hotel making it so much convenient to go around ShenZhen. We were given a room at 35th floor with amazing night view. XiaoZheng, the front desk handsome guy, allowed us to have a late check out at 1pm on the next day as our departure flight was at 4pm. Thanks so much for his warm hospitality. There are many eateries nearby. Starbucks coffee is on the ground floor. Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. Will come back to the hotel when I visit ShenZhen in the future.

Originally given a non-smoking room but in a smoking allowed floor, however, attending had promptly changed our room to a fully non-smoking floor. Great service.

This Hotel is modern and clean situated right in the heart of the Electronic market. The staff here is very good specially Mr Jonathan who was very polite and super helpful who arranged a cab for us to travel between Shenzhen and HKIA. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
