The staff are all lovely. The rooms clean but maybe a bit dated, but you’ll only sleep in there as the beach and pools are wonderful. Not much choice of food but plenty of good places to eat within a stones throw. The spa is amazing and surprisingly inexpensive. Would definitely recommend

The hotel is a great location. The staff super friendly and professional. The rooms could be updated. There were/are no face or hand towels provided which feels to be a little tree hugger over kill. The breakfast is awful. The beef bacon fit only to be fed to my dog. Staying here feels like a discount cruise liner. They’ve got everything but nothing is done well other than the service.

Shower was unacceptable having to run water for ten to 15 minutes and even then temperatures were questionable

Although the building is old, we still have the same standard of the accor group and yes, direct access to sanur beach is the best part to see the sun rise every morning.

The location of the hotel was great. I would have loved to give a higher rating but we tried to check in, at check in time (2 pm) and they said the room wasn’t ready. So we left to get food came back at 3:30 pm and they said the room STILL wasn’t ready. We did not get to check into our room until 5:30 PM! The whole reason we booked this place was so we could swim one last time before leaving, but that wasn’t an option because of how long it took to get checked in, the pools looked nice. Wish we could have tried them. The staff were all very nice, just wish we didn’t have to wait 3 hours to check into our room.

Service was really poor. Staff were unable to answer basic questions (e.g. the advertised dinner in the restaurant, times facilities were open, hotel services) and getting anything repaired (e.g. safe issue) took multiple requests to get resolved. It took 9 requests and 2 days to get an additional pillow!
Room was very basic, furniture tired and worn out. Did not feel like a Mercure standard hotel. There are better quality hotels in the area at this price point.
Location for beach and beach pathway was good but on the street not much immediately outside. need to walk a bit further for restaurants etc.
The bike i rented was really bad and broken. Seat kept collapsing and gear was broken. Would not recommend.

Hotel is in a great location right on Mertasari beach. Unfortunately the hotel has been neglected throughout covid and is in need of a make over. The room was ok for the price and the breakfast buffet was sufficient. The staff were happy and helpful.

Stayed here before….great location on the beach and walking distance to main restaurant/shopping area…amenities are nice…plenty of lounge chairs by the beach…buffet breakfast was very good…nice staff
