Great location, walking distance to 拙政园，狮子林，苏州博物馆. No lift but staff offered help to carry luggage to level 3.

Was there with two huge luggages. Downside was there was no elevator but only stairs so to bring them up to third floor wasn’t easy. The staff was very helpful by bringing up the luggages for us. Check in was smooth and easy. It is located right beside the Humble Administrator Garden.

Very friendly staff. Checked in close to midnight and the staff was quick to check us in. Nice place will visit again

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Humble Administrator’s Garden and Pingjiang Road, offering easy access to some of Suzhou’s most charming attractions. That said, it can be a bit tricky to find for first-time visitors. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with comfortable, generously sized beds. The female staff member at the front desk was warm and welcoming, though one male staff member could have been more helpful. Note that each bed is equipped with only two pillows, which may not be ideal for all guests.

Location is just outside 拙政园，5min walk to Musuem entrance. Convenient stores and eateries just outside. Very convenient. Newly renovated rooms very spacious & clean. Staffs were very helpful, we wanted to extend another night but rooms were fully booked, they found us room at a cheaper rate at sister hotel right beside to save us from traveling… 👍🏼

The homestay is located at tourist attractions with metro station nearby. Room was clean and the staff are very friendly. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice large room, a bit noisy from outside since our room was on first floor on a very busy area near the Humble administrator park area.

The location is superb, right in the heart of all the tourist attractions and activities, making it incredibly convenient to travel anywhere. The staff is extremely helpful and patiently guided us with directions. During our last stay, they even gave us souvenirs representing the iconic landmarks of Suzhou. Their kindness and thoughtfulness made our experience in Suzhou truly amazing. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The location is very strategic Near to 拙政园，狮子林 and 博物馆 Room is clean

Many restaurant near hotel and just walk 2 minutes to humble garden

- Excellent location - Clean room - Excellent service: Tried their best to allow us to check in earlier, Suggested a few attractions, Helped to carry luggage and gifts upon checked out - Facilities: -＞ Bathroom: It will be great if there is more space to hang towels or clothes -＞ Bathtub: It will be great if there is more privacy between the bathroom, bathtub, and room, then the travelers could enjoy the bathtub facility

Place looks good but could really do with better functionality and design.
