Service was top notch. Just the interior of the room really need a renovation. It's very back dated. Our wardrobe sliding door was spoilt when we checked in. We booked the room with breakfast too. The spread was wild! Many choices! They even called our room if we were coming for breakfast 30mins before closing. That was really something different! We never had that experience! Service was great! Please renovate it to make it look better and the swimming pool not kind of private. Too near the lobby and the restaurant. Didn't really look like what's posted on the website. My daughter loved looking at their colourful fishes too!

Good location, near Whoosh Halim station, friendly staff, great breakfast, facility could be cleaner.

Bad experience. Worst Best Western hotel experienced. Internet not working TV not working Lift broke down for an hour. No staircase access.

The good point is that the hotel is near to the Whoosh station. The hotel needs a renewal, as most facilities are dated and not functioning well. Breakfast is adequate considering the price of the rooms.

Excelence services, good housekeeping, great food and comfort bedding. Location also strategic, close to LRT, High Speed Train and many modes.

Hotel is a bit run down…the only reason we stayed there was because it is very near to Halim stasiun. Breakfast was nice but since we went there during Indonesia’s long weekend (public holiday + weekend), the restaurant was quite hectic. But food is ok and they replenished it quite quickly but then it finishes fairly quickly as well 😅

We just stay for short transit to fly from halim airport on next day, the location is good, bed was very comfortable, but the amenities is just standard, taxi to Halim airport is just 10 minutes away from the hotel, keep up the good work

not the cleanest room and it was also quite dim, our toilet also didn’t have hot water for some reason. at least free mineral water was provided in the room and the reception staff were friendly

We picked this hotel as it is close to Halim Whoosh Station. However, the hotel is very dated and could be better maintained. The bedsheets were stained, the mattresses had hairs on them, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom (we spotted at least two!). Decent location and price, but not sure if the best option if staying for more than one night.

Room is great, booked deluxe and get free upgrade by the hotel. Only the hiccup due to door malfunction. Otherwise room is good and huge.

Very convenient if you have an early flight, other than that, it needs a major renovation
