"Customer service was very poor (aside from the sweet lady that worked the breakfast room). Front desk took several times to answer the phone. The hotel room phone didn’t work. The body wash was out, and we requested more. Front desk said sure, and they never came. They also failed to monitor floors when complaints were made about groups loitering and playing in hallways at 11:00pm - 2:00am. Front desk was called, they said they would come up, nobody came up. Aside from the location and the nice waffle maker at breakfast, customer service was abysmal and management was poor."

"After reading other reviews, I want to write this. My family drove to the East Coast. This is an upper-middle level hotel in the United States. The room is good. You can't pursue perfection for a hotel near the highway. For example, there are some rust on the lamp stand. Clean bedding and a decent breakfast are enough. So it is relatively comfortable to stay overnight. Overall, Hampton is still reliable. And although it is close to the highway, there is no side facing the highway. It is relatively quiet. I didn't hear any noise. The surrounding environment is also good. It feels safe and not chaotic. The price is also lower than nearby, which is a very high cost performance."

Only issues I had with the room is the bed is really squeaky( probably needs a new base) and the toilets sit too low. Other than that, had a great time here and will return on my next visit.
