The hotel has no minibar and kettle no even phone to call reception if you need anything you must go to the reception by yourself . Not all the staff is friendly . The location is not perfect . For me I won’t stay here again

The hotel was decent overall. The location is convenient, especially for tourists, and the front desk staff were polite. My room was clean, but the furniture felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning was quite noisy at night. Breakfast was okay, though nothing special. It’s a good place for a short stay, but there’s room for improvement in terms of amenities and comfort.

Very clean and new hotel! Not far away from Dusseldorf train station. Good value for money. One thing to improve is to have a kettle in the room.

I would like a double bed instead of two twins and a small refrigerator instead of the TV that was useless to me. The location is exactly as I like. Not at the center but close enough. Great stuff, great room. I enjoyed it.

Could be better

Less than 10 mins walk from Dusseldorf train station. Room is big and clean. Breakfast has a lot of choices and good. Only one thing missing, no box tissue paper inside room.

However, there are several aspects that could be improved to enhance guest comfort. Despite booking a standard queen room, the bed was comprised of two single beds pushed together rather than a true queen-sized bed, which impacted the overall sleeping experience. Additionally, the room lacked essential amenities such as a kettle and sufficient storage space. The absence of a proper desk and chair made the room less convenient not only for business travellers but also for leisure guests who might want to sit comfortably with a laptop or unwind. Furthermore, the bathroom design was impractical, as the shower area was not properly separated from the toilet, leading to water spreading throughout the space. While the hotel offers a convenient location and courteous service, enhancements in room design and amenities would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

The city is very expensive (crazy expensive I'd say) and this hotel offered a quite enjoyable stay with a warm atmosphere and friendly service Very convenient travelling by train as it is walking distance from the station and 15' walk from the centre (beware, I walk fast)

Great location close to Hbf. The hotel has a modern and spacious lobby with a bar and small shops with drinks and snacks. The room was clean, with a comfy bed and a large TV. There was no fridge. The only negative thing was that someone opened our door at 9am without knocking and scared and woke us up. Probably it was housekeepers.

Great stay, convenient location, and friendly staff I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

Nice and spacious room with a clean shower and toilet. The location is relatively close to the station but was on the other end of the inner city.
