"The hotel staff were very lovely and polite. Location was very ideal and central to a lot of things. Only thing is the rooms weren’t cleaned properly, bed linens were not changed, floors weren’t swept, things weren’t put back in place neatly as per other hotel cleanliness experiences. Also a conference was taking place at same time of our stay, would have helped to have been informed of this. Nonetheless would stay here again, good service all round."

"I do not recommend it at all!!!! The rooms and bathrooms are dirty. It is dusty and worn. The food is basic and super monotonous, mostly green beans, cabbage, potatoes, white rice, some chicken or beef, burnt zucchini meatballs... Only beer is good for drinking at the beach bar. The staff does not monitor the lack of plates, glasses, utensils, and at certain times you have to beg and wait for them to be brought to you. Some napkins are put and then they are not reloaded. I don't even want to talk about cleaning the tables with a dirty rag. The elevator breaks often, and the staircase, which is also an emergency exit, has no lights and is dark at night. The air conditioners in the restaurant, bar and at the reception are turned off most of the day and you have to insist to put them work at 35 degrees outside. The maids knock on the doors after 2 p.m. and are very noisy. Rooms are swept only. Overall lack of organization and poor management with the main goal of saving on customer convenience. They don't respect the customers and try to save on everything . The only ones who were doing their jobs properly were the guys on the beach ."

We chose to stay at Bregu Village for our honeymoon in Albania, and we think, that we couldn’t have made a better choice. 🥰The place and its atmosphere provide a space to enjoy each other’s and escape from everyday life. The staff are absolutely lovely and friendly, helpful and always genuinely smiling. There are plenty of options on site for both relaxing and active leisure. Every day we made the most of the amazing SPA with its heated jacuzzi, dry sauna, hammam and relaxation area. We also went on a quad bike ride around the local area. Every day we had the chance to spend our time in a unique way; the staff themselves suggested ways for us to enjoy the charms of this place. Another huge plus is that you can eat not only in the restaurant but also at many places in the surrounding area, at no extra cost. We enjoyed dinner served in a nearby forest twice, and it created an amazing atmosphere. The place is also very well-maintained, and you can tell it’s set to develop further. For animal lovers, there are plenty of cats and horses on the premises. Thank you very much for your kindness, and we hope we might be able to return one day (perhaps for our anniversary), because this place is simply amazing 🔥🔥🔥"

"Beautiful hotel  Reception: Friendly and very efficient and exceptionally friendly staff  Room / facilities: Room number 208 is on floor  2 and is very clean. We stayed 1 night Self control air conditioning with a door that opens to the balcony, however the air con did not really cool the room sufficiently. The room has 2 very comfortable single beds, bench and seat, hanging area, safe , hot water hug, coffee cups and glasses (but no tea or coffee), mini fridge, phone, flat screen TV, walk in shower, which when showering water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Parking: is available but is limited to about 10 cars in the off street open air park area. Wifi: Complementary and good speed. Validation or password required. Breakfast: Available for all guests and consists of a small buffet, with the bonus of fresh egg products being cooked to order. Refill of the food was very slow as many foods were empty when we arrived at 9.00 am Conclusion: Fantastic hotel for an overnighter or a few days stay. Id recommend this Hotel. Letdowns: Lack of tea and coffee in the room. Location / Nearby: Town, the promenade, restaurants… Recommendations: Ask for a rear room as you will get street noise until midnight Getting to hotel: If arriving by car, best use GPS"
