Traveling in the off-season, I ended up staying on the 5th floor and there was no hot water. I heard from the front desk that a technician was fixing the water pipes today and didn't do it well. They helped me move to the 3rd floor in the middle of the night, but the hot water on the 3rd floor ran out after more than ten minutes. I really didn't want to move. I couldn't even take a shower at night after walking all day. I can understand that the off-season is worse, but I can't accept such frequent accidents. In addition, because there were few people staying, I had breakfast at the hotel next door, and there was nothing, but considering the cheap price of breakfast, it was acceptable. But the room facilities were old, and the overall environment was at the level of a two-star guesthouse. I don't know why it can be rated four stars on Ctrip. It can't even meet the minimum quality control. I am very dissatisfied. And the type should not belong to a hotel, but to an apartment hostel.
