Absolutely stunning hotel room. We booked sea view balcony room, it is just gorgeous. Comfy bed, gorgeous balcony, good powerful shower. Immaculately clean. Location wise there is a frequent bus to town just 100m away that costs just 2.50 euros. The breakfast was great, both continental and cooked.

Maybe the weather was not good and it was raining, and the hotel landscape was average. What was not smooth was that our room card could not be opened several times. We went to the front desk three times, and it was not fixed until late at night. They did not tell me to change the room directly... The handling efficiency was low. The reservation included dinner and breakfast. I did not ask and they did not tell me about dinner (ending at 21:30). The dinner was average, and there was no drink; the breakfast was OK. This is actually a royal hotel resort, and there are several restaurants, swimming pools, and parking lots shared by several hotels.

Hotel at the end of the bay, along the promenade. Magnificent private beach of the hotel. Very spacious room and furnished in a refined way with great taste. Very efficient and professional room staff. Hearty and varied breakfast. Beautiful presentation. But where the only thing missing was fresh fruit juices. The staff at breakfast lacked attention and vigilance towards the customers (plates not cleared, lack of responsiveness for setting up a new table, ...) The reception at the reception lacked professionalism for a 5-star establishment. Very beautiful wellness area (unfortunately throughout the 7-night stay neither the bio sauna nor the steam bath were in working order). The common areas were majestic and very clean.

Not up to 5-star standards You sold me an ocean view, I got a mountain view, a parking lot view, and a side view. The reception They didn't take my half-board into account. I didn't have a meal the first night. The restaurant closed at 9:30 p.m. I arrived at 9 p.m., just in time for the breakfast. They didn't offer me anything since there are paid restaurants, but there's room service. They could have offered me a snack in my room after a flight delay due to the weather and fatigue. I made this point the next day. I was given a bottle of white wine, not red as I had requested. It was perhaps too expensive for me, but at the table I did see wine served, plus six macaroons. Same for departure. I had asked from the beginning if I could have my room, even if I paid a supplement, because of a late flight at 7:30 p.m. The response was negative, too many reservations. I was given two shared shower stalls at the spa, which were not cleaned between each guest. I had to walk around with my clothes in my hands until I got to the spa. I'll end on a positive note; I had a very good stay. The site is magnificent, the hotel is quiet despite the crowds at the resort.

The hotel room is super good, the sea view balcony is very beautiful, especially suitable for watching the sunset and the starry sky! The breakfast is also delicious! Very cost-effective! It is also very convenient to take a taxi to the old town

Booked a sea view room, you can see part of the sea when you open the window, the environment is good, and the hotel chain has a beach and swimming pool where you can swim unlimitedly. There is a Chinese restaurant 10 minutes away from the hotel. The owner is from Zhejiang. The food is very good and the price is not bad. It is about 7-8 minutes away from the bus station, and the bus to the old town takes about 15 minutes. The hotel breakfast is very simple and has not changed in 4 days. Maybe foreigners really have nothing to change.
