The location offers easy accessibility to many places of visit, often just by walking there. Staff are very helpful and generally responsive. Breakfast spread is generous, including hot food which is much appreciated in the morning.

Has tram directly led to the hotel door and witin walking distance to the temple bar arear. The only thing is the room is of a smaller size. Overall happy with the stay.

Great service clean smart hotel. Easy to find and get too. A little outside of the main areas about 7 to 10 walk

It's very bad. I was still sleeping in the morning and someone just opened the door and came in. Then I will be awakened by the decoration every day.

Easy and convenient to walk to the city centre .

Everything was perfect… Breakfast, Room, Shower, Location, Early Check-in. The only thing we least like were the pillows. So fluffy and soft that when you lay on it, it flattens out completely. For back and side sleepers, you will have issue sleeping.

Nice and helpful reception staff, great breakfast, sofa in the room was very convenient. Just the daily room cleaning was not good enough, need to be improved. One day, a hand towel was missing, the other day, tea/coffee wasn’t refilled, or the room floor was not cleaned, used cup was not changed…. There was something lacking a bit everyday, not that serious for us to complain though.

Great hotel in Dublin, the breakfast is also good.

Lovely hotel, beautiful decor. Staff look after you as soon as I checked in the gentlemen on reception was advising me about which tours are the best and we went on one which was amazing. Thank you for all your help. The breakfast was amazing and always topped up I am an assistant manager at a 4 star Hotel so I was expecting it to be good and they didn't disappoint would definitely recommend and only a 10 min walk to the shopping area and temple bar

Absolutely fantastic stay. Loved the room, the breakfast, the kindness of the staff and the all around great vibes of the place. I’ve never stayed at a hotel I’ve enjoyed as much as I enjoyed this one. From this point forward, this hotel is my go-to hotel in Dublin. I can’t wait to return!!
