The staff is amazing specially the receptionists but how the service being delivered from the house keeping staff is a little bit frustrating… but I was happy with my stay to see friendly Egyptians everywhere

The bar is noisy, the service is average, not recommended

Outstanding customer service, all staff are very kind and helpful. Very clean great facilities.

The lobby without A/C and the room not cleaned and the check in for room was delayed till 4 pm

On my previous visit, the hotel was 100% clean. This time i was surprised to see the amount of stains on the room walls and especially in the shower. Maybe using wallpaper isn’t the cleanest idea for a hotel. However the experience was nice, design is nice, ambiance is perfect, staff are nice, breakfast is good, and the bed is comfortable, view is amazing. But hygiene comes first.

Good Hotel and Good Staff

The hotel is very new and clean with good staff. I was staying in a room near the elevator and on the top of the hotel’s entrance, bar and restaurant in addition to that my room had a balcony. It was extremely noisy 24/7 from the entrance and main road with continuous cars racing (again with no action from the hotel as they can report it to police but they didn’t). The room was smiling like a barbecue chicken because of being on the top of the main restaurant and bar. The other guests were too noisy with kids playing in the corridor until 03:00 AM without any action from the hotel (they have cameras and they can monitor and take actions) The restaurant was serving basic and cold breakfast with unprofessional staff (nice and not rude) with 0 knowledge of hospitality.

I clearly booked a hotel room for three nights, so I gave him my ID to check, but he said he didn't have my reservation without checking it. During that time, I stood by and waited for about half an hour, and it was not until the Agent contacted the hotel that they began to process it and said they had found my reservation. I said I'd file a complaint against the manager, and he said he was, like, really bad attitude. His name is Emad.

New and clean hotel,big rooms, and next to Carrefour and restaurants

All rooms dirty and aged. Noise from 5th floor restaurant banging music till late.

It was a wonderful stay at Millinium place Mirdiff. Everything was excellent. Room size to cleaning to hotel staff even the valet parking guys. All were amazing. I recommend all to stay in this hotel.
