Loved the hotel. The service is top tier and the staff are very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was amazing and was ala cart style. There are 2 pools, on weekends, the beach club pool is only for adults.

The staff were amazing and accommodated our needs for check-in and check-out. Stunning hotel with all the amenties you could need. Would 100% recommend

THE hotel less than average compare to the price paid … restaurants menu is limited…. No many restaurants on this hotel…. The pool water should be warm as the temperature is 24C

The location is perfect, there's a shuttle bus from the resort to MOE and Dubai mall if you wish to save some for the travel expense. The food is great. I wish we could still eat more at the buffet but just got really full. The people were very helpful. I could say that the service is great actually. Keep it up guys! I would definitely recommend this resort.

Amazing Stay

The view is great, one room has a pool and beach, the other has a view of the Burj Al Arab. There are many problems with the facilities, the water is very slow to drain and the shower water is flooded, and the ceiling suddenly started to leak at night... It seems that there is a big problem with the water supply and drainage system. We asked someone to fix it in the middle of the night and waited for a long time, about 30-40 minutes. After they came, they fixed it. The guy said he would find someone to clean it, but he never came. The hotel called to apologize and said they would give us an apology cake, but they never showed up... I don’t care about the cake, I just think it’s funny... Thank you Ctrip for helping with the connection, otherwise we might have to leak for a whole night

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The management is chaotic and there are all kinds of sales staff in the lobby. It is totally inconsistent with the price of a hotel of 2500 per night. The check-in for Chinese was very indifferent. (When I had no problem communicating with them verbally, the black uniformed receptionist was impatient throughout the whole process. The check-in process deliberately made the Chinese wait for three hours. The white guests who arrived later all checked in early. This is also the first time I have encountered this hotel. If you need a good view and don’t stay in the last room, you need to pay an additional fee of 800 dirhams per day! I had no choice but to check in with my children. As a result, because it was on the first floor, the quilt in the master bedroom was wet and cold. I called and only got a dirty yellow blanket! The bedroom light was also broken, which was really bad. At the same time, I would like to thank the Ctrip staff again for helping us communicate with the hotel from our perspective at the first time. I was very touched to solve our difficulties! (In the following pictures, you can see that there is no protection outside the room. It is facing the main road, and there is no privacy and security at all!)
