The check-in for Chinese was very indifferent. (When I had no problem communicating with them verbally, the black uniformed receptionist was impatient throughout the whole process. The check-in process deliberately made the Chinese wait for three hours. The white guests who arrived later all checked in early. This is also the first time I have encountered this hotel. If you need a good view and don’t stay in the last room, you need to pay an additional fee of 800 dirhams per day! I had no choice but to check in with my children. As a result, because it was on the first floor, the quilt in the master bedroom was wet and cold. I called and only got a dirty yellow blanket! The bedroom light was also broken, which was really bad. At the same time, I would like to thank the Ctrip staff again for helping us communicate with the hotel from our perspective at the first time. I was very touched to solve our difficulties!
