"1.when we check in say the room will be ready at 3pm but we sit at the lobby, maybe 1 1/2 hours,but no one tell me need so long time ,just say will be ready 2.when we are waiting the room ,our phones no more power,ask for the charger, the staff said in my room have 2 ,what they are talking about? 3.i ask for the staff who can speak Cantonese to help me ,they said sent to my room ,but I wait for maybe 2 hours also no one can help,I need to go to the lobby to get help, the security help me a lot, but the reception service is very bad 4.we want to keep the welcome card for Memories ,but we go down to have dinner buffet, and then we come back,we can’t find the card ,our luggages are tidy up by the house keeping ,I think they make it lost For the service 3star Hotel better than this we stay here for the honey moon,I think this hotel is the worst"

"- Quite old rooms but Good& clean . - Slow Check in procedure. - Bad service barking workers, they don't know driving , and not care about your car ( they scratched my car+ I leave with low air tyre pressure )! This problem issues only in the hotel . ( So, I don't advise you give them your car , park by ur self ) . - I paid 40dhs by check out for taxes!! While the room included that when I booked ."

"Breakfast: Super terrible service, unfriendly to Chinese guests. only this hotel i have this strong feeling, we have checked in to Atlantis palm, St Regis Abu dhabi during this vacation and everything was perfect!! For Jumeirah Beach Hotel, most of the staff in the breakfast area are not friendly, with no smile, and I felt like being bullied by the service peoples. You can see a few tables around are available, but she keeps guiding us to the last section of table area, which is very few people, and there is no one assistant. Even the table is not yet well cleaned when she guided us to. My kids are sitting there. She didn't say anything but directly sprayed the cleaning liquid over my kid's head. And she asked me what i would like to order to drink when she is wiping. It is unprofessional and unrespect to try to take an order when you are not focused on your customers. I am wondering why this 5 star hotel can offer this service specially wondering this unprofessional assistant lady. Is there something wrong with you?? I ordered 2 glasses of milk for my kids. They sent me 2 small milk jars , but we didn't order tea?! So what is this for?! And I try to ask someone to change. However, over 15 minutes, there was no one answering, i am pitty sure they both see i am asking for assistance !!!!!! Buggies service: When we ask for the buggie, the guy standing there tells us to walk as it's very near ?! Haha, that's so funny! everybody keeps faking us like a fool. You prepare this service and when I come though , you ask me to walk. what do you mean?! What a ******* experience ever! I will never recommend this hotel to any Chinese/Asian face people!! Never waste your money to someone who dont care for your stay! Message to Jumeirah Beach Hotel : If you are not ready to open for Chinese people, please close your reservation ! don't try to accept our money then give me this ******* service! It is terrible that I pay money to let me be bullied 😔 Otherwise , please send your service peoples for proper service training."

"The room was very comfortable, the bed was a little too high, but the hotel's breakfast was a little bit inferior to the Four Seasons brand in terms of price. Even though it was the off-season, the hotel's dishes should not be like this. The food and drinks this time were disappointing. The good news is that there are resident singers in the bar, and smoking is allowed~"

"Great place for families with kids. Have a big sized pool area for kids with a lazy river and a few slides. Their private beach has a pool with a mini obstacle course and a small volleyball net. There are dedicated pkay areas with attendants for kids. Good breakfast as well. Overall a very good option for families with kids under 12!"

"Personally, I didn't have a great experience staying at the Bulgari for the first time. First, the hot water in the bathroom ran out mid-shower. I called the staff to fix it, but no one offered an apology or even a question. The room was cold and the lack of hot water caused a cold, which was a terrible experience. Second, we booked two rooms, but one had a turndown, while the other didn't. What does this mean? Third, regarding breakfast hours, three staff members gave different times: one said 2 p.m., one said 11/12 p.m., and one said 10:30 p.m. Shouldn't this be addressed through standardized training? Fourth, the wall painting is loose. Aren't they going to fix it? Fifth, the outdoor pool offers free coconuts at 4 p.m., but no staff member proactively informed or asked if they wanted any. You have to ask for them beforehand. If you don't know, you'll miss out. This Bulgari is considered a top-tier hotel, but the service is so shoddy that it doesn't live up to the brand's reputation."
