The staff of this hotel will give you a feel of home , very nice guys and girls , very friendly. Hotel itself smells like heaven. Very clean & Proper 5 stars . Location is good but you may better to have a car rented for sightseeing.  Overall I’ll go back again, only because of the staff attitude , cleanness of the hotel

It’s not the hotel that you expected to have for 4 stars and Hyatt, all is too old. Staff is helpful and room service is ok.

The front desk service was not good. When getting the room card, the correct entrance to the room was not clearly informed because the room type we booked was not an ordinary room type and we could just go upstairs. The signage didn't explain it either. Another point is that there are not many things in the room, including slippers, hair dryer, etc. We had to frantically call the front desk, and it took a long time for someone to answer, and it also took a long time to get the things. This service is unacceptable.

A family staycation in Dubai. Excellent price, facility, location, staff professional and friendly. Near to Al Ghurair Mall, eateries, shops, restaurants and other public facilities like metro station.

This hotel is OUTSTANDING in every way! The cleanliness, comfort, and amenities are exceptional. The reception staff is warm and welcoming, and the restaurant serves the most DELICIOUS and varied cuisine. I've never experienced such exceptional hospitality and service. 10/10 would return and recommend!

The room was great and big enough for family of 6. Highly recommended.

Property belongs to Hyatt Group so as expected and pretty obvious it should not be disappointing, however only thing is that Swimming Poll on the roof was pretty small compared to what it should have been. Rest all things were at par. Staff is friendly and helpful.
