Everything was perfect and so clean! sp spacious and an enjoyable stay. Complimentary valet is cool. Restaurants are great too. I wouldn't waste my money on the breakfast though unless you get it included at a great price.

The worst hotel in Dubai! Every year, my family comes to Dubai to celebrate Christmas and New Year's Day, and we stay in different hotels every year. This hotel is a scam hotel. Please choose carefully. It's a scam. When we checked in, the front desk asked us if we wanted to go to the New Year's Eve dinner on the 31st. If we went, it would cost 3,000 dirhams per person, which is 6,000 RMB. If we didn't go, we didn't have to pay. We confirmed many times that we didn't have to pay if we didn't make an appointment, so we chose not to make an appointment. When we checked out, the New Year's Eve dinner for 6 adults and 2 children was directly deducted from our door. I asked the front desk what the staff said when I checked in, but the person who checked in that day was on vacation. The attitude of the front desk was extremely bad. At first, they said that the staff was wrong, and then they didn't admit that there was no such thing and they had to attend. We asked to remove the surveillance but to no avail. In the end, it was left unresolved. It's a blatant scam. I hope it will close soon.
