A fabulous stay at the Kempinski Palm Dubai. We had a ground floor apartment with direct access to the pool. The staff were brilliant and so friendly to our two daughters. We will definitely be back. A special thank you to Sadik who was our housekeeper - he provided 5* service and kept our room clean and tidy. He provided water, special sweets and even flowers for us! Thank you!

We had an amazing experience at the Kempinski Hotel on the Palm in Dubai. From start to finish, everything was just perfect! A special shoutout goes to Sadik, our room cleaner, who truly went above and beyond every single day. Our room was always spotless, and we were consistently provided with fresh water, delicious fruit, and thoughtful touches that made our stay feel extra special. Sadik’s attention to detail and kindness really stood out, it’s rare to find such dedication and care, and it made a big difference to our overall experience. The hotel itself is stunning, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location is unbeatable. We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you Kempinski and thank you, Sadik!

We tried the business lunch deal at the restaurant and it was amazing. The service, ambience food and atmosphere was great. Staff was very helfpul and friendly. Definitely recommended. This included VIP free valet parking service.
