Landmark Grand Hotel Reviews

The staff was friendly and kind enough to take care of guests like me. I was satisfied that we had different main dishes for breakfast every day, which was good for me who stayed there for a few nights. However, the hotel facilities seemed so old that I experienced water overflowing from the pipe for two consecutive days. The staff helped me change rooms. The location is very good. Close to the hotel there are night markets where you can find a lot of clothes at reasonable prices and 24 hour supermarkets. 

This hotel was extremely well located for our purposes. It was near the metro as well as a lot of restaurants. A bit disappointed with the housekeeping as we weren't provided with the service as they had forgotten to update in their system.

Ac did not give strong cold air, I reported it then they came to fix they said that it was fixed, but unfortunately nothing changed I booked two nights with bad Ac. Shower head is broken, sink tap was also broken, and the floor towels for the bathroom were not there and the room is a bit damp, and there is construction opposite of the hotel so around 6:30 they start hammering then you wake up due to noise pollution. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars max 2 or 3 because I stay 2/3 nights every week in a hotel in Dubai so I have seen many hotels, the only advantage this hotel has is location but nothing more than that.

Horrible conditions, absolutely unhelpful personnel, we arrived and found dirty bed sheets upon check-in, asked to change and no one bothered to do so until late reminder. The hotel is located next to some open market or open theatre, whatever it was it is impossible to fall asleep until they finish. Would never ever come again!

The place close to metro and all commodities is very convenient.

We always love this hotel. It is within walking distance to Al Ghurair Mall and many restaurants. The staff are very friendly, especially the Filipina waitress in the restaurant, the night manager at the front office, and the bellboy who assisted us with our luggage. The hotel is very clean, so kudos to the management for maintaining high hygiene standards.

For me, it is a 2-3 star hotel, location is good, others are just average. Breakfast they mostly serve Indian cuisine and I can see most of the guests are from India. There is some flies in the dining area too.
