The hotel is old and the elevator downstairs is noisy. The worst thing is the hotel service. I waited for 20 minutes to get toothbrushes. Later I found that there were no slippers in the room, so I went downstairs to get them myself. The front desk told me that they would deliver them to the room, but I waited for 40 minutes and still didn't deliver. I directly complained to Ctrip about the hotel, and the hotel said they forgot to deliver them. I was really shocked.

The Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road is a great hotel with excellent service. The reception staff are incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming.
