The hotel is generally good, the prices are average, the room service is good, the hotel is good for those looking for tranquility. The location is a bit far. I recommend it.

I would like to highlight an issue regarding the 100 AED deposit requirement. I believe this condition should be waived. In some cases, guests need to leave early in the morning for work and are unable to return for check-out. It would be more convenient to allow check-out by phone, especially considering the challenges of long-distance travel and heavy traffic. I recommend that management consider removing this deposit condition to improve guest convenience. Also, the breakfast was fair.

I asked for slippers and toothpaste kits but they say they don't have because the supplier is not supplying them for about 2 months ...how can be hotel rooms without slippers and morning was working progress with high voice out side they were demolishing land skape out of my room and we couldn't sleep at all

Very bad service and management. Make sure that u bring your water as it’s only 1 small water bottle/ day regardless how many members in room

Very bad experience and unclean furniture and we found insect in the bed

I stayed there for 15 days The best thing about it is that it is quiet Most hotels in Dubai are super noisy. Because of location most residents are either families or biz travellers. You need a car to be able to enjoy it and avoid rush hour to get to places fast

The worst experience I went out and when I returned, they did not clean the room, no water or sugar was added, the TV did not work, and the room phone. When I tried to call the reception, I found an error message in the connection. I called via my phone and asked for room service to move the luggage. I waited for them for half an hour. It is impossible to repeat the experience I will delete the application now
