She was neither polite nor friendly. This Black woman with the glasses at the reception ruined my vacation. I went on vacation, but this woman at the reception really ruined it. There were hairs on the bed, and even though I showed her photos, she refused to accept that the room was not clean. But after speaking with the manager, he changed my room and gave me a larger one with breakfast included. Thanks for the boss of hotel"

"The environment is great, very clean and hygienic. There's a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The surrounding area is mostly residential, so it's very safe. The only downside is that there's no front desk, but you can still call to communicate."
