"It's ridiculous! After an hour and a half, they only managed to check in a handful of people. There were only two staff members responsible for check-in, and one even left halfway through. The process was incredibly slow. This is the first time I've encountered such a laughable situation 😂 The work efficiency is truly appalling; it's already 2:30 AM and the lobby is still packed with people. I have a few questions about this situation: 1. With all rooms sold out, is it really possible to only have one staff member at the front desk? 2. Even with flight issues causing a backlog of people in the lobby, they couldn't handle it promptly? Is this a large company? Are we, who booked in advance, supposed to wait here for two or three hours? Choose carefully; this processing speed is truly eye-opening! Haha."
