"The beds were absolutely terrible, never had a worse night sleep as we did there, so uncomfortable. The pillows were so hard and lumpy we hardly got any sleep at all. The plans flying over were noisy. There was dirty washing in the hallway when we arrived at 7 pm and was still there the next day at 8 am. They advised breakfast but then we were told there wasn’t any. Over all staff were polite it was quite clean but we would never stay again"

"The front of the hotel is beautiful. Reception, bar, and restaurant have been done beautifully. The room, however, was in an atrocious state and certainly not worth the rate charged. We were very disappointed, to say the least. There was damage in the corridors also."
