民宿工作人員非常熱情，服務很周到，入住馬上給房間點了莞香還送了新鮮水果，房間算是比較新比一般酒店衞生情況更好，洗手間還配了智能馬桶，民宿就在西溪古村景區裏面很好找，剛開始跟着手機導航找需要繞很大一個圈，突然在小巷口看到招牌的方向走了捷徑很快就找到。

服務非常細心，由於是民宿設備不能跟酒店比，熱水暢順，自動化廁坐要小心控制，位置須好，但是在民居，外人容易經過，要小心保管財物，早餐不能要求(簡單早餐)，同一機構的餐廳食物可口(一思餐廳)

房間門口是帶小院子的，可以坐下來喝喝茶，挺愜意的。房間不大，但很温馨，早餐略顯簡單，我們去的時候基本就剩粥了，老闆娘親自給煮的餃子和煎蛋，服務到位！

一家非常好的民宿！員工們都很好很幫忙！地點也很不錯,就在旅遊景點內,尤其是晚上景色真是非常的美！我訂住的是最小的房間,地方雖小但很有特色,那仿古的雙人床很有氣質！讚！
