老闆見面第一句就是説自己的雙人房很小，是給情侶住的，讓交20升級房間，原價已經付了70了加上去就90了 90我還用的着住這樣的房子嗎，
同樣是特價，其他家70多塊錢可以住到智慧酒店了，全屋音響控制的那種，而且不用按金！
這裏還要30按金！
後來又説加10塊錢？
在外面打工人跟你説了沒有錢就是沒有錢，10塊錢就是一頓飯20就是一天的飯錢，結果還是軟磨硬泡的交了錢！
我想説的是我定的就是這個價格的，要的就是這樣的房子，還一直軟磨硬泡的要加價。
是一直在自己公寓沒有開眼界是嗎？
外面的世界發展成什麼樣了不知道嗎？
周圍一堆五六十跟你同規格的賓館我為什麼要加價選擇你這裏？
我還不如回去住70的全屋智慧酒店？
人家那裡還有不僅僅全屋智能，還有礦泉水，還有更專業的消毒毛巾和洗漱用具！
最後還是加了五塊錢，一共付了75 也就得到一個1.5的大床房，我下單的時候也是説的1.5的大床房。不知道升級了什麼？
紙巾也要自帶，門背面還貼了照價賠償的價格表，一個空調2千幾呢，開了一天的空調沒有感覺到製冷，如果真弄壞了，能拿的出發票讓人家照價賠償嗎，看着就反感！
我還是那句話，四五十五六十的外面多的是！
七八十九十的，外面的條件都是酒店級別！
比你條件好的多的多的多，還想坑人，這次給你坑五塊錢，也就做一回生意了。
並且！床墊的彈簧硌人的很

房間缺陷成這樣了，洗澡還要經過陽台外面進來，還敢繼續加價？
而且如果按照攜程平台的處理方法！
應該是如果到預訂酒店無法辦理入住時聯繫客服！客服和商家商量升級一個檔次的房間，並且不用顧客額外付款。
如果商家沒辦法升級，那就取消訂單，攜程客服會安排附近的新酒店才對！

前有高等學校，後有體育場館，貴店不應滿足於這個糟糕的現狀。
1、入住房型佈局存在災難性的缺陷，即使作為長租房也極不合適：洗手枱與衞生間分隔遙遠；排油煙機遠離室外不得不假設管道跨越衞生間，這又令衞生間缺少排氣扇。
2、窗户緊貼隔壁建築樓體，既不通風也無光照，令房間內陰冷潮濕，實際上這種情況根據平台要求，店主有義務提示“窗外有建築物遮擋”。
3、沐浴露洗髮水用盡不知補充，缺少一次性肥皂或洗手液。
4、房間設施養護情況較差，衞生堪憂。
5、隔音一般，噪音大多來自周邊居民喧鬧，難以控制。
6、周邊環境一般，主要是狹窄街巷、大排檔、工業區，本店亦隱藏於樓宇之間。
由於未見其它房型，我僅對該房型表示嚴重不滿，誠懇建議貴店：請一位結構工程師，評估哪些牆能拆，在完成改造之前，儘量不要放租該房型。
