哎，到了酒店等了2個小時才有房間，可能酒店離草莓音樂節比較近吧，定的人太多了打掃來不及，，前台服務沒問題，下午茶餐廳門口的服務員態度非常不好，房間味道也太大了，冰箱裏還有上一個客人留下的水

The room is quite large and the finishes are premium. Unfortunately the age of the room shows very obviously. Carpet has stain splotches. Shower water leaks outside beyond the doors. Windows are not clean. Room smells like cigarettes even though it is non-smoking. Cookie snacks and milk were provided in room which was a pleasant surprise.

Great location and view. Hotel at high floor with no surrounding tall buildings means you will get good view whatever room you choose. Our room was great view towards the sea and Humen bridge. The reception was bit of a let down for the hotel. Feel like a small hotel desk instead of large hotel feel which didn’t really do the place justice. Nevertheless hotel room was spacious and the view offset this.

I had high expectations for this hotel stay. Sadly, it fell far below my expectations. What made the stay worth it, was only the room, but it still had some problems. The hotel is located in a nice building, but it is so empty and barely had staff that were able to help us. The hotel looked nice but functioned adequately.
After booking a prestige suite, I was excited to go. But I was let down when I arrived. The bathroom had a ton of water in the bathroom floor when we checked in. Very few amenities in the room. The mini bar was empty, many outlets did not work, one of the TVs did not function, and it was difficult to understand how to turn on all the lights. The phone did not work throughout my entire stay. After speaking to the front desk, they said they would send repairman to come up, but nothing was ever fixed. Most of the amenities were cheap plastic that broke when used. 
Many of the lounges in restaurants closed earlier than posted and when I had arrived to eat or drink, I was told the lounge or restaurant was closed.
Overall, if you just need a hotel room for the night and are not looking for a five star luxury experience this hotel will be great. But if you have high expectations and pay for a luxury suite do not expect much from the hotel. Personally, I won’t be returning when I go back to this city.
