自住房改成的，臨街而且下面有商鋪，早上四五點就有噪音很響，關鍵隔音效果極差，樓上其他住户經過時聲音也很大，不適合休息，熱水器第一次放有熱水第二次就沒有，不知道怎麼回事,不推薦。
