The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is very spacious. Some facilities have some problems (toilet tank, kettle), but they are also actively dealt with. The room was very quiet. The breakfast had a limited variety but the freshly made waffles were really good. The location is excellent. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the National Museum, 7 or 8 minutes to the subway station, 15 minutes to the Art Museum, and 20 minutes to the Mina District. It is convenient to go everywhere. The air conditioner is a little noisy, but everything else is fine.
