The room is big, and it is convenient to travel. There is a mall not far away, which has Carrefour. This is the worst hotel service I have ever stayed in the Middle East. First, when I took a taxi to the hotel entrance, there was no service staff to take my luggage. They just stood there motionless. There was no smile when I checked in. I stayed in several hotels this time, but this was the first time I encountered this. When I booked the room, I noted that I should stay away from the elevator, but I was given a room directly at the elevator door. I went to the front desk to change the room, but the front desk staff also looked unhappy. In the end, the luggage attendant just put my luggage at the door and turned around and left.
