Breakfast is a perfect embodiment of ceiling level, you will eat different exquisite food every day
This hotel looks old on the outside but super luxurious on the inside
During the stay, due to poor sound insulation on the floor, the hotel immediately transferred to a better room after feedback

The hotel is in the bay, about 1.7 kilometers away from the road outside. There is a shuttle bus, breakfast for children, late check-out, Chinese at the front desk, and a lady accompanied the room to explain when checking in. It is suitable for bringing children to play. Everything is good, and there are disposable chopsticks for the breakfast buffet.
Only the room was cleaned on the first day, and the used cups and knives and forks were not replaced. The experience was slightly inferior, but overall it was online and worth recommending. The service was very enthusiastic, everyone smiled and greeted proactively.

This return trip was a wonderful experience. All the staff made exceptional efforts to be kind, helpful and generous in offering assistance. Throughout our trip, staff pre-empted our needs as a family and politely offered assistance. The housekeeping staff were especially sweet and kind towards my children, and the golf cart drivers made good friends with us. The ladies' gym is exceptionally outstanding. Powder Room is a fantastic highlight. Everything was arranged with sensitivity to privacy for modest ladies.' Welcome to Qatar message was lovely. We hope to have our next big family reunion here in future.
One thing that did not meet our expectations was a personalised welcome for the children. On our last trip, we did find messages and activities prepared for them in the room upon our arrival. I am not sure the hotel has considered personalised Welcomes for older children or teenagers. I would appreciate seeing this done in future.
Also, some guests appeared to be dressed in underwear on the private beach. More attention to modesty would be a good way forward for an iconic hotel in a Muslim country.

Stayed in a deluxe twin room with balcony. The morning light was so beautiful. Everything was perfect. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel facilities were first-class. Sapa is worth experiencing. It's great.

The staff and service are excellent! They are very friendly and kind. The beach is nice, but noisy, because there is a large construction site nearby. The location is not very good if you prefer walking. The food is delicious.
