Exceptional in every way. From the design to the service to the quality of the facilities, everything was amazing. We ate at Kaia and at Cecconi's - both were great. The gym is world class. The pool is relaxing and perfect temperature. The staff made us feel like VIPs at all times. Can't wait to go back.

10/10 service and experience! I loved my experience. The ambiance is very welcoming, the food and beverage options are unique and delicious. The staffs are professional especially Brian, he took care of the table and was very efficient and very helpful. Definitely coming back again.

As a frequent guest at The Ned Doha, every visit feels like a return to something familiar and comforting, wrapped in luxury. It’s not just the beautiful surroundings or the five-star amenities—it’s the exceptional people who make The Ned stand out. A heartfelt thank you to Kaylin, Than, Buspa, Chef Walid, and Chef Rachel at Millie’s, who always greet me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They remember my preferences and make every meal feel special. The Electric's new manager made me the best drink I've ever had, and the food is terrific. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition as well—they consistently ensure my room is immaculate, always leaving a thoughtful touch, such as my favorite green tea, waiting for me. That level of attention never goes unnoticed. The laundry service is the best. The front desk management and staff are equally impressive—professional, attentive, and welcoming at every encounter. No matter the time of day, they make you feel like a valued guest, not just a room number. The sales team (Kristina Mironova) is equally attentive, ensuring every stay is seamless from booking to check-out. Every experience at The Ned Doha reminds me why I keep returning: luxury that feels personal, service that feels like family, and people who genuinely care. It’s a rare combination, and The Ned Doha delivers it perfectly.

We ended up in Qatar unexpectedly after our flight was cancelled, exhausted from long flights and hours of stress, once we arrived to the hotel our whole experience turned into a memorable experience thanks to the amazing team at this hotel. Plus, every corner of the hotel is stunning, beautiful interior design, art pieces, and a calming atmosphere that makes you want to stay in forever and soak it all in! (Specially the pool area) Dinner at the Italian restaurant was another highlight, with impeccable service from Bruno. A special shout-out to lovely Faith from the Spa, she was an absolute gem, super sweet, and patient with all of my questions and requests. Thank you so much, honestly the wholestaff went above and beyond! We’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone we know, and hopefully, we’ll be back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have a bussines lunch at cecconis the food was amazing. I love how they serve me it was excelent. chef Urwasyi she cooks nice food. And Norman serve me with good way he was very helpful . I love this place. I enjoy it.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Cecconi and I want to sincerely thank the incredible staff who made the night truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with warmth, grace, and attention to every detailed even though I was dining solo, I never once felt alone. A special thank you to Cindy and Mir who welcomed me with smiles, made sure I was comfortable, and made my dinner feel like a celebration. The service was attentive without being intrusive, the ambiance was perfect, and the food absolutely divine. Cindy and Mir turned what could have been a quiet evening into a memorable experience that I’ll always hold dear. Thank you for going the extra mile and making me feel seen, celebrated, and special.

I went to cecconis restaurant and its really nice. The service that served by Norman is really nice and he was really helpful whenever we need something. The chef, named Urwashi also served the best pizza. The focaccia and the pannacotta are the top notch! But still, i cant resist the caesar salad and the fusilli pesto, its really nice and its the best food that i had! I like the ambience of the restaurant, but i love the service and the food more! Thanks to Norman to make my lunch experience really enjoyable❤️
