Our sleepover stay was a very pleasant experience from the time we checked in until we checked out. The service was very helpful and thorough and our apartment was more than we hoped for. It was a hot day and the staff were very thoughtful to put the air-conditioning on before we arrived. As we had just travelled for 30 hrs the room was on the quiet side and very comfortable so we really appreciated this gesture. There are many cafes and restaurants in walking distance, also an IGA for any groceries needs as the apartment has a full kitchen and appliances. We will definitely stay there again when visiting and hopefully make more use of the enormous rooftop BBQ and entertainment area.

The strange thing is that there were 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms,
but only 1 room and 1 bathroom were actually usable.
(There was a sign saying not to use.)
Please note that the reception closes at 5pm, so check in before then.
On Trip.com, you can only check the reception hours in the details after payment, but when I actually went there, I was surprised to see that the reception was closed.
(On the main screen, it only says check-in after 2pm.)
Mooloolaba Beach is close.

Absolutely high standard Hotel, relaxed atmosphere ￼and very close to Buddina beach as “closer” would be meaning right on the water! The room was very clean spacious and nothing missing. If you compare it to a five star hotel I personally really enjoyed it. Rachel really helped me on self checking in organising it throughout the Phone. The room was well soundproofed and **** available fridge kettle and also tea and coffee we’re available to be made. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel were all of high grade and above all the bed was very comfortable, including the pillows.￼ thank you for everything

It's a nice place. The neighborhood is quiet and the room is very clean. Opposite is the ALDI supermarket and many places to eat. Because of Christmas, check-in and check-out are unattended and self-service, which is also very convenient. In the future Come again.

As soon as I entered the hotel, I was given a hard time just because I booked under a different name. Isn’t it okay for a friend to book on my behalf? Be sure to check out ID. The attitude is bad. When I entered the room, the floor was very dirty and dark. There was water on the ground. They were very nice and allowed me to check in early. The room they gave me was also very big. It was nice to have a spa pool outside. But the room was a pity. There is no scenery to see, and the door lock is almost broken, it is difficult to open at all... At this price, it is possible...
