"We stayed one night in Vivera Grande Dindugal, the hotel booking was swift and reception staffs friendly. Very disappointed with the breakfast service as only 2 of us waited for 30min just to get a seat for us to have breakfast, told the staff to arrange for table, but that didn't happen. We left without having breakfast. Very very bad service even after I told the staff, no proactive action. Please improve."

"Peaceful holiday for families. The view from valley view suites is not that great given trees block it. But it's peaceful gives it away from city. The property has lawns to play outdoor sports like cricket, football , badminton. Special mention for lovely food curated by Chef Angamuthu and his team. Breakfast and dinner spread both were fantastic and tasty. Definitely advisable to take dinner buffet . Sightseeing points like lake and coakers view point are 25-30 mins away."
