"These photos were taken at 5:30 AM, 6:00 AM, and 10:00 AM from my window – the views speak for themselves. This is one of the most satisfying hotels I've ever stayed at. We arrived quite late from the Rock Road, around 10 PM. The owner guided us via video call all the way from the entrance to Zhagana to the parking lot. That evening, he even shared tips on how to explore Zhagana and provided some great travel strategies, which was incredibly helpful for first-timers. The owner's restaurant is also excellent (they have a Sichuan-Chongqing chef, and the stir-fries have that amazing 'wok hei' flavor). Considering it's within a scenic area, the prices and overall experience were surprisingly good. Since we only had one day, I can't comment on other restaurants. I travel several times a year, and I honestly think this experience within a scenic area ranks among the top few. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed in Zhagana during the May Day holiday and booked this B&B. Before check-in, the owner called to inquire about the check-in time and helped us turn on the water heater and air conditioner in advance. He also met us on the road in case we couldn't find them. He helped us with our luggage when we checked in, and also gave us welcome fruits and milk tea. The service was meticulous. The room has a great view and you can see the scenery of Zhagana. There is also a smart TV and a smart toilet with dry and wet separation. The breakfast was also very rich, with steamed buns, dumplings, eggs, black rice porridge, fried dough sticks, soy milk, side dishes, etc. They also told us the route to the scenic spot, and arranged for someone to help us find the marmot. When we left, they also helped carry the luggage. It was really warm and a very pleasant stay experience! Highly recommended!"

"This homestay in Zhagana exceeded expectations! The room is equipped with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can open the window to face Zhagana Rock Mountain and Valley Villages. The scenery is amazing. The Tibetan solid wood decoration in the house is simple and elegant, the facilities are clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The top terrace is a great place to watch the scenery. It is suitable to sit and blow in your leisure time and enjoy the scenery of the entire valley. The location of the homestay is excellent, and it is very convenient to travel to Fairy Beach and Runwugou. The store's service is intimate and thoughtful, and the high-altitude accommodation experience is very good. You can enjoy the secret of the mountain without leaving home, and you can immerse yourself in the poetic mountains of Zhagana. I can understand the limited conditions on the mountain, but the obvious black stains on the pillowcases are just too much. The shampoo and shower gel were empty. I called the front desk, and a middle-aged man in a white shirt and suit pants forced his way into the room after I opened the door to take the empty bottles. 😅 Did I even let you into the room? At 8:30 in the morning, a staff member knocked on the door like a drumbeat, saying they were there to help with my luggage. I guess they had the wrong room. 😅 In short, I haven't stayed in such a frustrating hotel in a long time. The only good thing was the friendly young man at the front desk."

"The hotel facilities are outdated, it feels like a fake InterContinental, the service is poor, the water in the room is cold at night and there is no hot water, the room is not very clean, the towels are yellowed, and breakfast is cold when we go at 8 am, and two dishes are served on six plates three times. If you are looking for quality accommodation, avoid this hotel."
