Nova Maldives Reviews

A beautiful, green island. Comfortable rooms, a good lagoon for swimming. In principle, the food is delicious. There are some comments on the service in the main restaurant, they do not have time to clear the tables at peak times, sometimes you have to wait a long time for the ordered drinks. In the evening, it is nice to sit in the bar and listen to live music. There is also snorkeling on the house reef, but the reef, like everywhere else, is discolored.

This is my second time to Maldives Hotel service attitude is very poor 1) Poor arrangement of seaplane I was the last seaplane to arrive on the island, unfortunately I encountered a seaplane delay It was dark when we arrived at the island. 2) Downgrade Room I have booked a water massage room and paid in full! But when the last seaplane arrived at the island, the hotel said that the room I booked had been sold out and could not be provided to me, so I was arranged to stay in the most basic sand house. It was not until the next day that a water villa was available for me to stay in. It’s neither reasonable nor fair. In the end, I spent several hours arguing with the hotel, and the hotel manager also showed up before they were willing to refund the difference. It was originally intended to be a celebration of the anniversary, but the hotel's arrangements ruined the mood of the celebration  As it was already dark, the hotel staff said they would introduce the island facilities to me when I changed rooms the next day. The facilities were not introduced until the second day. I don't know what activities there are on the island. I don't even know the restaurant's opening hours. Hotel hardware support The hotel has a beautiful environment, new and clean rooms Sharks can be seen within the hotel area There are many colorful fish  Diet There are 3 restaurants and 2 hotels in total 1 is a buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner) 1 is a Western restaurant AI only choose 3 dishes (dinner) 1 is a Japanese restaurant AI does not include additional charges (night)

The beach room is very satisfactory, with front and back yards, a jacuzzi in the back yard, and a view of the sea and the ocean in the front yard. The environment is very quiet, the service is great, everyone is very enthusiastic, all three meals are delicious, I love ice cream, all kinds of soft drinks are delicious, there is also a tennis court, it's a pity that I didn't bring tennis shoes this time, I will come again next time. The water is very transparent, you can see colorful fish when snorkeling, and you can also see many big sharks in the trench.

The island is not big, there are not many tourists, it is very private. The sea water is speechless!

Both the common areas and private rooms were clean and comfortable. The cleaning twice in the morning and evening was also appreciated considering playing in the sea. It was a perfect service and I would like to use it again.

I love it.. the island, the food, the stuff .. everything was great. My husband was playing football everyday with the stuff at 17 and he met so many great people there. I loved bend in Winks , Yoga that was working in the pool bar .. we really had best time ever in Nova Maldives

We visited for our honeymoon and it was really beautiful and comfortable and the staff were friendly. There were a few bugs in the beach villa but they disinfected it. The beach villa has an outdoor bathroom so please keep that in mind. The water villa was really pretty and the water was clear. Solis' yoga was always smiling and welcoming, and the drinks he made were all really delicious. Thanks to Sian and Jerry from the dive center, we had a lot of fun snorkeling with manta rays. It was my first time snorkeling and I saw a lot of manta rays! I would like to thank Siyaan and Jerry for their kind guidance and video recording. It was a really happy honeymoon. I want to go again!

We a couple from Russia. We had a flight from Moscow. Then we had about 2hrs connection flight in neighbor airport (small water plane) About the hotel: We stayed in December for honeymoon and finally I give my feedback. Overall our stay was amazing! And we really thankful all of you for our beautiful honeymoon! Villa was beautiful and really comfortable! Restaurants were really good, everything was delicious. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - all 10/10 We really loved the reef, snorkeling experienced, excursions choices, gym is amazing, football expirience - so, in terms of activity - very very good! We loved that every day we had something special: diving lecture, the musical group in the bar, special dinner, also we had honeymoon dinner. One evening - all personal showed us the Maldivian life experience with excellent food. We also loved that managers of hotel had a conversation and they really wanted to be the best in the business! I can write a really big feedback, after 3-4 month of our trip we think about nova with warm in our heart. We loved each day there and thankful all of you! I advised my colleagues and friends this beautiful island and hopefully one day we comeback. The stay wasn’t boring , and I don’t understand how stay in Nova Maldives can be boring!

Our stay at Nova Maldives was absolutely incredible – a true slice of paradise! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond perfect: the stunning overwater villas, the pristine beaches, the crystal-clear waters, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the amazing staff. The food was delicious, the activities were exciting, and the overall vibe of the island was peaceful and rejuvenating. A special mention goes to Yoga, the exceptional bartender who made our experience even more memorable. His cocktails were not only masterfully crafted, but his kindness, charisma, and positive energy made every evening at the bar a real pleasure. Yoga didn’t just serve drinks – he created moments, and we truly appreciated his attention to detail and genuine smile. He’s a true gem at Nova! Nova Maldives was one of the best stays I have had. The Beach Pool Villa was amazing and so private. The pool overlooks the ocean and relaxing in it while looking at the beach was heavenly. We had the buffet for all our meals and it was amazing. They have some wonderful allergen free options too. Our family has some dietary restrictions and we had no issues at all. The Lamb Biriyani there is amazing and so were the dumplings. There is always crepes and waffles for breakfast with a great variety of toppings. There are some lovely entertainment options too. The resort has a clinic which we had to use when we had a small emergency and their service was wonderful.

Absolute paradise Our stay at Nova was so nice. The rooms where beautiful and clean. The house reef was amazing, we saw turtles, sharks, octopus and eagle rays. We had a turtle quest which was a really nice trip as well. I also had my first discover Scuba dive ever. Big thanks to Moosa for this wonderful experience, I felt safe the whole time. I really enjoyed it down there :) The food in the restaurant Soulkitchen was also really good. Everybody was so kind & nice to us, from the kitchen to the service. The breakfast was so nice. Had the best omlettes & pancakes. Lunch & Dinner was also really tasty and varied. Big recommendation to the Mizu restaurant. It was such a great experience to have - I don’t want to miss it, big thanks to chef Rey & Heidi. We also had massages in the Spa. Also here everybody was so nice and good to us. We really enjoyed it. 10/10 recommendation. I also used the gym. It was such a cool gym and always clean. I was really sad to leave this paradise. Hope to come back soon :) Best regards Sarah

It was an amazing stay. I travel first time Maldives and the Nova Maldives hotel was the best so far. Starting at the reception where people are so nice and kind, the food at the restaurant is unforgettable. Every day something else. Bar Servers are smiling all the time and bringing you cocktails to the table .whenever we went to Bar all the staff welcomed us with the Smile.Bartender made their Signature Cocktail that was Amazing. I would like to mention ohh not Only Mention Big Thanks to All Wink Bar staff 1.Vijay 2 .Faysh 3. Maduranga 4.Krishna And I don't know the singer Name who sang the song for our request and band person who performed Very nice and made our Evening Enjoyable. The swimming pool is small but very nice. We were also snorkelling and the underwater life with small sharks unforgettable. The room very clean and spacious. That was a fantastic stay and I recommend this hotel to everyone. In my opinion it’s a 5* hotel! Read less

Wooow amazing experience in this hotel, we stay 5 nights and the treat was amazing, also I want to thanks Yoga our favorite bartender in the pool, he do a great job and recommend good cocktails to enjoy!!! We had a fantastic holiday, we were met and helped by the wonderful Marzhan, thank you very much to her, it is obvious that this person loves her job, she was always in a great mood helping us with all the questions and, what is very nice, in our native language! The reef is one of the best we have seen in the Maldives, a huge number of different fish, sharks, stingrays. Amazing water villa with its own pool with an incredible view of the sunsets. Everything is new, luxurious, delicious food and the highest level of customer focus! We will 100% come back here!)
